Beloved one, sometimes ones have known lifetimes where touching was abusive and they are still in a place of remembering that abuse, so they don’t want to be touched. That is okay. You give them the mental hug. You send out the positive ions that surround them in a hug. They won’t know what happened, but it will feel good.
