Managing of your emotions is done through discipline of regular practice of awareness of negative thoughts that create conflicting emotions and often causes constraints within your thinking mind. If you are an over-emotional person, managing your emotions can be a constant challenge but not one that is impossible. Remember dear ones your happiness is dependent upon how effective you are in controlling your emotions. 
 
Your emotions are transient and short-lived; they are bound to the swing of your mood that is related to the thoughts that are in your thinking mind at any moment. When you are having thoughts of happy situations, your mood of course will be happy and euphoric. Just as when you think about any event that was sad, your mood can become sad and can create feelings of hopelessness. Knowing and understanding how quickly your thoughts can change at any given time promotes your awareness even deeper to the realization that your emotions are the actions of your thoughts in the moment. 
 
When you set out to tackle fulfilling any unfinished goals or you have set out to begin new ones, it’s important dear ones to come from an enthusiastic mind set, one that has no doubts or reluctance of your ability to complete what is before you. Any time reluctance is felt during any task you are trying to fulfill your thinking mind creates negative thoughts which can create anger and frustration. Your journey is filled with ups and downs. You know this already for you have already successfully delivered yourself through so many difficulties and challenges. Embrace each new challenge and each new task with acceptance and with love and the feelings that will emerge will be of peace, love and compassion and the energy from these positive emotions will help propel you to completing what you initially set out to do. The more effectively you can control your emotions, the happier you will be. 
 
Anytime you discover your emotions are conflicting, understand this is a sign that your own thinking mind is dealing with strong feelings of limitation and constraint. Until calm and understanding settles in, what often occurs is your physical mind becomes a contradiction. It is during such times that it is imminent that you seek understanding of your thoughts, learn where they came from and discover ways to overcome them. There are plenty of helpful resources at your fingertips and within you, you have God lighting your way to learning more of your Self. Allowing God into your life and permitting Him to guide you, He will direct you to ways that are manageable by you to handle your emotions better, where you learn how to cope and create a happier environment. His love will always show you a better way. 
 
To get a better understanding of your emotions you need to become more conscious of your thoughts. Understand dear ones; you thoughts are a mixed creation of your culture, education, attitude, belief system, financial situation and the evolution of civilization.  Learn where your negative thoughts are streaming from and from here you are provided with the opportunity to make some necessary changes that will promote more happiness instead. 
 
With regular practice of awareness that is joined with discipline of detecting negative thoughts and learning to change them into positive thoughts requires your acceptance to want to make changes. Learn to understand the damage that is often caused by negative thinking that is responsible for the negative emotions and actions you may have as a result. Negative thoughts and emotions create stress and chaos to enter your life. The more you learn of your Self the more you are able to control your emotions and become balanced with your whole self. We encourage each of you to be more aware of your thinking mind and continue to create positive and uplifting thoughts that will promote happy and loving emotions which will bring happiness into your life. You are able to have a dignified life, a life without stress even during difficult moments you have the power to change your thoughts that will promote healthier thinking and reduce harm to your body, mind, heart and spirit. When you are happier, everyone around you is as well. 
 
Understand dear ones; you will not conquer your stress through negative thinking or negative emotions. Comprehend the necessity and importance of positive thinking. Your thoughts carry power. They have the power to create change that is either positive or negative. It is up to you which you would prefer to be and how to live. Even if you have extreme issues that create sadness, you still have the capability to control your emotions through conscious awareness that will help you heal faster and reduce the level of stress that is felt by your body and by those closest to you. Even situations and events that helped to create your stress can be controlled by the power of your thoughts and learning to manage the level of negativity that can easily run rampant. 
 
We have witnessed many dear souls create a diversion for their emotions when they are feeling overwhelmed and over stressed. During such times many dear souls develop ways to combat their negative feelings and emotions by channeling that energy into something else. They may take up knitting, run, emerge themselves into cooking, take an aromatherapy bath, etc. The list is endless because the solutions to refocus one’s mind are endless. What works for you is up to what you love to do, what you know you can focus completely on and find a release of joy and contentment when done. 
 
Remain aware of your Self dear ones. Your thoughts, your emotions and actions as a result of them are your responsibility. Even with God guiding your way, it is up to you on how you will react or respond at any given moment. This is your power and it carries energy that is felt by many that are not within your proximity. Even if a situation upsets you, you have the power to control the reactions of your mind. You can create positive emotions and outcomes from every situation. It is up to you dear ones to remove yourself from the pain of any moment and discover the peaceful joy of living within your heart. Happiness is yours to have, it can be a constant part of your life; change your thoughts and you change the movement of your journey.
