Beloved one, no ritual is necessary, but you can do it if you want to. Sometimes it feels good. You can pray; sometimes that feels good, because you feel connected then with more than just the small self. But there is truly no ritual that is magic. There is only trust and love, the love of Self; to trust Self and to know that everything truly is working as you have agreed that it will work, even before the incarnation. So allow yourself to be at peace.
